Quynh received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida in 2005. She received her Master of Science degree in Medical Science from Nova Southeastern University in 2017.

Quynh is a member of the American Association of Physician Assistants, the Florida Association of Physician Assistants, and the Florida Urological Society. She is a board-certified physician assistant with the American Medical Association.
She treats a wide range of urologic conditions and is proficient in cystoscopic procedures but also specializes in overactive bladder and sacral neuromodulation management.
