Education and Training

Dr. Hubsher received his undergraduate degree in Biological and Medical Sciences from the University of Florida, graduating Summa Cum Laude. He continued there to earn his medical degree with honors from the school’s College of Medicine. He then served a surgery internship and a urology residency at West Virginia University in Morgantown. While there he was chosen to serve as chief resident.

Dr. Hubsher is often described as smart, personable, and a talented surgeon. He has an excellent bedside manner and is committed to delivering the highest quality of care for his patients.

Certifications, Memberships, Accomplishments

Dr. Hubsher has been designated a Center of Excellence in Rezum Water Vapor Therapy and the UroLift System for the treatment of prostate enlargement. He has conducted numerous seminars and has multiple journal and textbook publications.

He is certified by the American Board of Urology, is a diplomate of the American Board of Urology, and is licensed by the State of Florida Board of Medicine as well as the State of West Virginia.
