Advanced Urology Institute is a phenomenal single specialty practice where we can really focus on urology, which is what we wanted to do, and we can work together as a team and a group to help more patients and provide better service. We have clinic days where we see patients and they’re pretty steady, especially down here, a lot of people winter, so we have our snowbird population.
So seasonally we get extra busy. And then we have surgery days where we do outpatient surgery as well and we assist the doctors in that. You know, we deal with so many things that affect people’s quality of life, whether it’s urinary incontinence or waking up three or four times a night to urinate.
We also deal with cancers and most of the cancers that we deal with can be curable. So that is really gratifying to be in a field that we can help people like that.
